Perfect Stride Book Club

In our spirit of continuing education and learning we created the Perfect Stride Book Club. Currently we are reading “Why Zebra’s Don’t Get Ulcers” by Robert M. Sapolsky. We suggest this book for anyone who desires to learn more about how stress effects the body and mind and how it can play a role in pain, disease and dysfunction. Follow along on our Instagram as we periodically post quotes and pearls of wisdom from the book as we come across them!
